This quality development in Riverwood comprised of 11 townhouses with a 1000 square metre basement and built to a standard that vastly exceeded our client’s expectations.
MAK was tasked with the design and construction of the 11 Townhouses starting from all pre construction Council approvals to final Occupation Certification.
The Construction Period of 11 months was well ahead of the construction program primarily due to MAKs’ management and drive of subcontractors and site personnel.
